Biography
MICHAEL J. PLOCKI, has over 25 years of litigation experience representing people in Family Law matters, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, construction, employment, business litigation, and real estate matters. His wealth of knowledge in several subject matters compliments his Family Law experience because Family Law draws upon a plethora of other areas of the law. His background lends expertise in this cross-over areas.
In addition to his legal work, Mike is committed to his community and is actively involved with the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin. His compassion and empathy for his clients drives his ability to provide the highest quality representation in high conflict child custody, domestic violence and property division cases. While Mike is a superior litigator who will provide unmatched advocacy for our clients in court, he is also very well versed in alternative dispute resolution and has helped the large majority of his clients resolve matters through mediation and negotiation of settlement agreements.
Above all, Mike puts the clients needs first and helps the client through the difficulties of navigating the divorce process including establishing child and spousal support, dividing community property, analyzing separate property claims, addressing domestic violence issues and child custody issues.
Mike has provided of counsel legal services to the Family Law and Mediation Office of Rachel Castrejon for over 10 years and continues to provide our clients with excellent legal support.
